Tru Dru Yoga started as Dru Yoga classes, but now we are so much more than that. Through our passion to help people to reach a better quality of life, great physical and mental wellbeing and to have joy as a natural state of being no matter what life throws at you. We have evolved into a Wellbeing Community where everyone from all backgrounds, physical abilities, religions and nationalities are welcome… to connect, heal, relax and to find a sanctuary in our busy lives and grow.
We work with some wonderful healers, teachers and awesome human beings to give you a variety of workshops, classes, retreats and courses so you can find your own pathway and unearth what contributes to your wellbeing the most. We are all individual beings with unique needs and not one cure fits all.

Reasons to do Dru Yoga?
Dru Yoga was founded upon the ideal of giving back to the world in which we live and that ideal still burns brightly for us today. Including all the teachers we have taught.
At Dru we’re passionate about positive health and wellbeing. With yoga and meditation at our core, we care deeply about nutrition, remedies and relieving the stresses of everyday living.
Our aim has always been to promote a positive, healthier and more peaceful existence for adults and children alike, giving back to the community by channeling resources into good causes.
The major passion we share is our love for yoga and meditation. It is through these media that we initially wanted to inspire the world and the community around us to find a healthier, happier, more empowered way of living. Of course we recognize these are only two of the many routes to achieving a more fulfilling existence. However they remain at the very core of what we do here at Dru.
Who is Sabina Furyova
I discovered Yoga in 2012 after few years of struggling with depression and anxiety. I remember the massive difference I felt after my first Iyengar class! I was hooked. Since then I’ve tried Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot yoga, before discovering DRU in 2014… it was love at first sight. It’s so gentle, yet powerful and what I love most about it, it’s accessible to absolutely everyone. No matter what size, shape, fitness level you are or if you have an injury there is always an option to make it work for your individual needs. You don’t have to put your body into a pretzel to get the benefits of yoga!
I always loved helping people and Yoga had such a massive impact on my life that I wanted to share the love so I decided to become a teacher. I completed my Yoga Teacher training in 2017 and Meditation teacher training in 2020.
Yoga has opened up the door to other wonderful hippie things that contribute to my wellbeing. In 2018 I completed a Gong Practitioner course and in 2020 a friend introduced me to Access Consciousness Bars. A single session made such an enormous change in my life and sped up my healing so much that I decided to learn it and share it with others.
Access Bars continue to help me live a happy, depression free life. Even when things get tough I move through the down times much quicker than before and overcome the difficult emotions with ease.
I am so grateful to be able to share the tools which have helped me the most.
