I thoroughly enjoy Cat's beautiful classes. They work on a number of levels for me: physically, emotionally and spiritually. Cat's language is brilliant for helping me visualise and access the energetic system. I highly recommend both Cat's yoga and meditation classes to promote better health and wellbeing.
Cat is a fabulous teacher and her routines are well structured and easy to follow. I always feel stretched and relaxed at the end of each session. If you have been considering yoga but have been nervous about taking that step, then join Cats class, you will never look back. Namaste xx
Have done a couple of lessons with Cat now that have been online on Zoom.com and they are very enjoyable. Cat is amazing at guiding as im still very new to yoga but can easily remember poses and sequences. Overall a very relaxed and fun! looking forward to my next lesson 😀 highly recommend. xxx
I love all Cat’s yoga classes and have now been to a couple of fantastic workshops run by Cat and Amy recently which were wonderful. I found the Qi Gong lung healing sequence Cat did with us in the Valentine’s Day workshop very powerful. Cat took us through slowly and thoroughly. I could feel the release happening on a deep level which was physical as well as emotional. Cat explained concepts such as the lung and kidney connection so that we could understand what was happening. I now feel motivated to use Qi Gong for healing in this way and definitely recommend you try it too.
Virtual Weds Classes - Thanks again Cat - another great class. The music worked really well last night - I slept well again and my mind was so much quieter and calmer. I even read a book before going to bed. Something I haven't been able to do for a while now.
After 6 months of weekly yoga under Cat's watchful eye, my stiff body has become much more flexible and my back problem is more manageable. No matter what mood I bring to class I always leave feeling stronger, energised and heartened.

I've been doing the Thursday class with Cat for a few weeks now and it's very rejuvenating and enjoyable. Cat brigs a calm energy to the class and with the stretching, breathing and relaxation at the end you leave feeling very energised but also blissed out! Cat is an excellent teacher and I thoroughly recommend the Dru Yoga classes.

I really enjoy Cat's yoga classes, nice energy, light hearted approach, so accessible to everyone. She is always aware of everyone and where they are at, making sure no one feels left behind of struggling. Lovely relaxing savasana at the end. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Really enjoying Cat’s yoga classes. I suffer with a bad back, but since attending the classes I have noticed a big change. The relaxation classes really help me sleep well at night.
Cat is so knowledgeable and calm and talks you through every move so that you do not strain. It is effortless. Results in weeks with core muscles. Relaxation and toning effects on the body. Wonderful.

I have done 3 sessions so far and I am hooked, it is not like anything I have done before and I really find it very relaxing. Cat is a good teacher with just the right amount of input, I find it very easy to follow and it is really helping with my limb problems. I feel totally relaxed after the sessions and look forward to the next week.
I am a fat, inflexible 57 year old and I think Yoga with Cat Stujit is brilliant. Her Thursday evening Yoga sessions remove stress, make me do some excercise and improve my overall fitness. Afterwards I feel great and sleep very well. I would recommend Cat Stujit's Yoga sessions for all ages. Come and find out for yourself.
Cat is a wonderful teacher. Patient and understanding of the limitations of a beginner. Her style is very calming and the whole class is a wonderful experience.
Cat is great, explains everything clearly and calmly and gives you variations if you can't quite manage the pose. Since I've been doing Yoga, my stress levels have gone down considerably and my back feels stronger. I look forward to Yoga every week as it's my chance to unwind and relax.

This Saturday morning class offers both an oasis of calm and relaxation after a busy week and an invigorating, refreshing start to the weekend. I *found* Dru yoga after years of practicing Hatha Yoga and its beautiful flowing rejuvenating sequences have deepened and enriched my practice. It is calming and yet energising at the same time. Cat is an inspiring teacher and her passion for Dru Yoga is definitely contagious! I'm so grateful for this practice - the benefits are far-reaching in that my mind, body and spirit feel as one!
I have been going to Yoga sessions with Cat for last 4 weeks, I attend 3 session per week and I feel a new person. Cat, thank you so much, you are very kind, your sessions are full of calmness, u do not rush into sessions. I am breathing well, my body has opened up a lot from being so still and tight for years. I finally found a very good Yoga teacher....thank you Cat. I recommend Cat's session...u r certainly missing s great deal in your life if u do not attend Cat's sessions....GET IN!!!!
