''Cat came and did a mass yoga session with me and 20 something friends of mine for my hen party and she was BRILLIANT!!! it's taken me too long to write this review but I also couldn't not. If you weren't sure about whether to book, do it. We had all sorts of ages, experience levels and interest levels, all of which were covered! Everyone gave it a go, felt comfortable and were surprised at how much they enjoyed it! Cat handled the group so well and kept an eye on everyone and made all of us feel very capable and included. It was such a lovely start to our weekend, she pitched it just right and is clearly very experienced. If I lived closer I would be trying her classes a lot more! Thank you!

Cat is the first yoga teacher that hasn't made me cringe and run away!!! I've always known that both physically, mentally and emotionally, yoga is a really supportive thing for me but have always struggled with the feeling of not doing it right, or the teachers are just a bit annoying or cringey. But with Cat, she's so totally herself and has the same tone and feel before, during and after the session which really makes me feel super comfortable, welcome and accepted. During the session, her instructions are so clear that I'm not in my head, doubting whether or not I'm doing it right, which obviously really helps me to relax and get the most out of it. I do it in Pwllheli dance school which is a gorgeous airy space with a lovely sunny rooftop view of Pwllheli... So glad I started with Cat, I'm definitely feeling the benefits! Thank you! xx

I love all Cat’s yoga classes and have now been to a couple of fantastic workshops run by Cat and Amy recently which were wonderful. I found the Qi Gong lung healing sequence Cat did with us in the Valentine’s Day workshop very powerful. Cat took us through slowly and thoroughly. I could feel the release happening on a deep level which was physical as well as emotional. Cat explained concepts such as the lung and kidney connection so that we could understand what was happening. I now feel motivated to use Qi Gong for healing in this way and definitely recommend you try it too.

I have been going to Yoga sessions with Cat for last 4 weeks, I attend 3 session per week and I feel a new person.
