Liability waiver<\/h2>\n

If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.
\nYoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a GP prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga and recognise that it is your responsibility to notify the teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. You should not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
\nNeither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class. Those under 18 years of age must have this form signed by a parent or guardian.
\nYou will be required to fill in a health form prior to participating in Dru Yoga class.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n

Courses and workshops:
\nFor courses and workshops we can only provide a refund (minus a 10% administration fee) for cancellations made more than 21 days before the start date. If you cancel a course of workshop with less than 21 days notice, no refund will be available. You may pass your booking on to a friend at no additional cost. If the event is fully booked and we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list, we will refund the cost minus a 10% admin fee.
\nIf we cancel a course or workshop, you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event. Once you have committed to a course or workshop, we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme.
\nClasses:
\nFor Wexham park classes, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the class and receive a full refund. If you do not, you will be charged for attending.
\nFor all other classes, you may cancel up to 12 hours before the class and receive a full refund. If you do not, you will be charged for attending.
\nPrivate Yoga classes:
\nFor all private classes we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee in these circumstances.<\/p>\n
